OPERATIONS AND ADMIN MANAGER

As a growing town centre Church, Catch the Fire Bournemouth is looking for a kind, dynamic, passionate and dedicated Operations and Admin Manager to support our different processes and activities. We are seeking an organised, results-driven, strong operational leader who is able to ensure the efficient and effective running of our Church communications, finances, building, processes and procedures.

We understand and appreciate the value of the engine behind efficient operations, strong administration and effective management of resources. This is a central role at the heart of the CtFB staff team. We are a prophetic family seeking presence, encounter, transformation and overflow in and through the Spirit. It is our desire and mandate to be a community who are led by Holy Spirit through the Prophetic and Apostolic, to equip His people in and outside our Church family to align with, build and release what God doing at this time. Loved by the Father, in worship of Jesus, led by Holy Spirit.
