David & Adele Richards

Dave and Adele got their lives transformed when they attended the Catch The Fire School of Ministry in Toronto in 2001. They then stayed on staff at Catch The Fire for four years before heading off to New Zealand for three years to join Fatherheart Ministries with James & Denise Jordan. They started Catch The Fire Bournemouth in September 2014.

Dave runs his own project management and building surveying practice in Christchurch. Adele works part time for the church, and writes children’s fiction in her spare time. They have two gorgeous girls, a geriatric cat and a mad Labrador puppy.

Louis and Beth Meseg made the radical decision to leave their home in Shaftesbury, and take their 3 amazing kids (now 4) to the School of Revival at Catch The Fire Raleigh in 2013. They graduated early from this church planting school (ask them the story, it’s a good one) and returned to the UK in August 2014. They quickly joined Dave and Adele as senior leaders of CTF Bournemouth.

Louis is our Lead Pastor – he has a huge heart for mission, the homeless, building family and hard-core theology. Louis is studying for an MA in Theology at Moorlands Bible College.

Beth is our  Worship Director – she is a fiery passionate worship leader and is raising up an army of wholehearted worshippers. She’s also a ridiculously good cook.

Administration Manager

Rozzi Greenwood is our part time administration manager, who keeps us all on track and organises us. She is a graduate of the CTF School of Ministry in Toronto, and she stayed on staff for a year as a Small Group Leader. Rozzi is a pianist, part of our worship team and a design ninja. She’s embarking on a part time Graphic Design course at Bournemouth Arts University to further enhance her skills.

Firestarters Team Leader

Dawn Herbert trained as a primary school teacher, but currently works as an Assessment Manager in the Benefits Department for Stour Valley & Poole Partnership. She is passionate about teaching children how to hear God’s voice and how to encounter Him for themselves. Dawn is a creative and crafty genius, not to mention cake-baker extraordinaire. We suspect there is nothing she can’t do.

Dawn is married to Jason, and together they also head up a Fire Group in Parkstone. They have two gorgeous girlies and an ancient cat.
