David & Adele Richards

Senior Leaders

Dave and Adele who are the senior leaders of CTFB, got their lives transformed when they attended the Catch The Fire School of Ministry in Toronto in 2001. They then stayed on staff at Catch The Fire for four years before heading off to New Zealand for three years to join Fatherheart Ministries with James & Denise Jordan. They started Catch The Fire Bournemouth in September 2014.

Dave runs his own project management and building surveying practice in Christchurch. Adele works part time for the church, and writes children’s fiction in her spare time. They have two gorgeous girls, a geriatric cat and a mad Labrador puppy.

LOUIS & BETH MESEG

Lead Pastors

Louis and Beth Meseg are the Lead Pastors of CTFB. They made the radical decision to leave their home in Shaftesbury, and take their three amazing kids (now four) to the School of Revival at Catch The Fire Raleigh in 2013. They graduated early from this church planting school (ask them the story, it’s a good one) and returned to the UK in August 2014. They quickly joined Dave and Adele to plant the church.

DAWN HERBERT

Firestarters Team Leader

Dawn Herbert trained as a primary school teacher, but currently works as an Assessment Manager in the Benefits Department for Stour Valley & Poole Partnership. She is passionate about teaching children how to hear God’s voice and how to encounter Him for themselves. Dawn is a creative and crafty genius, not to mention cake-baker extraordinaire. We suspect there is nothing she can’t do.

Dawn is married to Jason, and they have two gorgeous girlies and an ancient cat.
